In addition to the complete line of vertical hot stamping presses, ranging from 1/2 to 15 ton capacity, Kensol-Franklin offers several other devices or components designed to increase produciton output and efficiency, such as:

DC motor driven, variable speed rotary index tables, available with 4, 6, 8, 12, or 24 stops.
Rotary index table systems purchased with tooling may be equiped with automatic part removal devices suited to the product being decorated, like air ejection, cam actuated lifters and mechanical or vacuum pick & place units with chutes or belt conveyors to direct parts away from the press
Air operated slide tables to permit loading and unloading of parts outside of the press; also available with an autoslide feature with load delay timer and electrically interlocked safety gate for automatic operation
Four wall chases for type or dies
Two jaw self-centering chases for die blocks
Vacuum die blocks for photo etched magnesium or metal backed silicone rubber dies
Special criss-cross or dual sideto side foil feeds and incremental (short/long) foil feed systems
Foil feeds with fiber optic registration devices for pre-printed heat transfers
X/Y and rotational adjustment print heads or fixture bases

Model KF2500, 2 1/2 ton capacity press shown with a typical multi-stop, D.C. motor driven rotary index mechanism, 30" diamter tooling plate and electrically interlocked safety guard.
